I enjoyed the generally rural / scenic nature of the route. However, I was disappointed to see that this "signed route" was, in fact, not signed. In addition, I grew irritated at the sheer volume of litter and debris along the roadside, especially between Mt Holly and Stanley. And finally, I was yelled at, flipped off, and honked at by several passing motorists. That is not something that I have experienced elsewhere in the Charlotte region.
